Disable widescreen support in Scanter's Easy
You could add tv size to the tags

Insane

00:17:238 (3) - Whistle on the tail. It's the same as 00:18:807 (2)
00:19:591 (4) - Could add a whistle on here. It's like a weak cymbal sound
00:20:375 (3) - Missing the same whistle as ^
00:22:336 (6) - Add a finish
00:28:905 (5) - Drum clap might be better for this, it's a different sound from 00:28:807 (4)

Mochi's Hard

01:14:689 (5,1) - Swap NCs?
00:26:650 (3) - I think splitting this into a note + a 1/2 since you usually use 1/1 to follow vocals so this break in the pattern sounds a little awkward to me
00:40:179 (6,7) - Using Ctrl + G on these two sounds better to me

scanter's Normal

01:25:865 (1) - Spinner feels strange here since it starts in the middle of the vocals. The easy doesn't have a spinner there so I'm sure you can map it out too
01:13:513 (5,6,7) - 6 circles in a row, maybe replace these 3 with a repeating 1/1

Hello, I saw you ask for a mod on #modreqs and thought I'd give it a try!

[General]

The video is 16mb big, which isn't really a problem since you're still under the limit for beatmap size, so this isn't a problem at all, but I compressed the video a bit. This was more just a small exercise for me than necessary for your mapset =D. I compressed the background video to ~7mb, the colours are a bit more washed out and it's a bit more blocky at some parts. That doesn't really matter at low resolutions or if you're playing with high-ish background dim, but if you're playing on fullscreen with a really low dim you might notice it, even while playing. Anyways, here's the file in case you want to use it: video.avi

[Mochi's Hard]

00:26:650 (3,4) - I suggest changing the 2nd slider here into a 1/2 repeat slider, since it fits the vocals a lot better. Also, consider splitting up the first slider, the vocals start at about 00:26:785 - , which is in between this the blue and the white tick, maybe something like this or like this?
00:53:022 (5,6) - Bad polarity here, it goes from white->red to blue->blue tick polarity without any transition, which makes it really hard to play. I suggest just adding a note on the red tick before that to turn it into a triple or just moving the note from the blue tick to the red tick.

That's a really short mod, but I didn't notice anything wrong with Sekai's Easy, scanter's Normal or the Insane (I'm pretty new to modding so a lot of the time I don't notice enough to make a mod, not even sure if this is enough but i'll post it anyways =D). I really like the use of the slidertick sound on the Easy and Normal though, I'll keep that in mind for mapping myself, really clever!
