I tried that for userpage, and if you gonna link till each other, I made for that too ;)
I did it close to the same size as u showed in the link.
(Usually I don't take userpage requests, but u showed me what you wanted good enough so i tried)

Yeah, it is a bit more pixelated :(
I think if you crop the avatar out from the userpage image and then add a border, it will be more sharp

I think (#A4DDED) was better than the other colour, when i tried, it went almost white ;-;
