General

The timing will need some kind of fix I think, since the rhythms at the beginning are really weird at the moment. Also, it's inconsistent in toybot's Insane and Atsuro's Normal so yea.. I will see if I can hire a Timing Expert to take a look at this. What you can do for now though:
00:01:133 - Move the offset here. Negative offset should only be used when there is no other possibility, but here it's possible since there are no Uninherited Timing Points before the offset if you move it, which means there will be no issues in gameplay.

Kin's Easy

Rename to something else than "Kin's Easy", maybe "kamikin's Easy", since people will think that Kin made this diff!
AR 3.5 would fit better for the easiest diff imo.
Consider to use Slider Tick Rate 1 for this difficulty. It doesn't make sense to have STR 2 since most of your Ticks are currently invisible! Please check your snappings after changing the Tick Rate, since osu sometimes creates wrongly snapped slider ends when changing the Tick Rate.
00:01:027 (1) - Turn down the volume of this spinner's end at 00:02:410 since the loud hitsound doesn't really fit the music.
00:08:793 (1,2) - This placement is confusing for an Easy diff. (2)'s reverse is much more close to (1) than it's head, so newbies might click the reverse instead. Please try a more simple placement, by changing (2)'s direction, something like this maybe: http://puu.sh/ferGh/f30c6c0693.jpg

00:26:665 (1) - Same as above.
00:29:219 (1) - Same as above. Also, the current placement here is really tricky again, since this slider's tail is closer to the previous object than the head. I'd recommend you to change it, so the placement is more obvious (although this one is not that much of an issue as the others mentioned).

00:36:559 - Add a circle here. The 3/1-gap seems strange, since you have been using a more dense rhythm 00:32:729 (2) while both sound similar.

The hitsounding needs a lot of work, too. Try to place Finishes where you can hear cymbals in the music, for example 00:03:686 - 00:08:793 - 00:13:899 - etc. If you need any help with that, feel free to ask ingame. Clap placement also needs some work, since you are missing a lot of them, for example 00:37:835 - 00:38:474 - 00:40:388 - and many more, but it's more important to improve the rhythms for now and take care of the hitsounding later.
As you can see, this difficulty needs a lot of work. The rhythms are inconsistent and therefore really weird to follow sometimes. There are a lot of rather complex placements that can be confusing for newbies. I didn't give placement suggestions for the rhythm issues since fixing those requires to rearrange a lot of patterns in this map, but if you need any help when applying this mod or have any questions you can ask ingame. Please, remember I don't hate you or something, I just want to help improving your map. Don't give up c:

Atsuro's Normal

Consider CS 3 for a better spread.
Slider Tick Rate 2 would work really well here and also be consistent with the higher difficulties. In case you change it, be sure to check for wrongly snapped objects afterwards, since that sometimes happens when changing the Tick Rate.
00:06:718 (2) - You can make smoother wavesliders by arranging the anchors symmetrically and making sure that the last anchor point is placed around the center of the slidertail: http://puu.sh/fgZ51/fe16cfb85b.jpg Yours is fine too, but you might like this method better. It also applies for the other wavesliders you used~
00:25:707 (4,1) - I don't think those very special slidershapes fit this calm section, but that's pretty personal as well.

01:02:728 (2,3,4,1) - It seems weird that the spacing between all these notes is pretty high and then (4) -> (1) is comparably low, since (1) is louder than the others and should use equal or higher spacing imo. I can't really think of a placement suggestion atm to fix this issue, but maybe you can think of something.
The flow could improve a little with some more mods, but overall this is a really nice map!

toybot's Insane

00:31:771 - The hitsound volume in this section is a bit too low for my taste - I would turn it up by 10-15%

Really nice! A lot of your triplets are additive, or atleast follow very quiet sounds in the music. It's not a bad thing and works really well here, but you might get into trouble with the "overmap"-haters :b

Nice Hard, it plays really well. You seem to like those z-sliders hehe Um... I don't really "like" them (they are good, still). I only use them to "hold" certain notes, now that real hold sliders are restricted.

00:37:835 (2) - Put the end at x-304 y-216 for a perfect blanket.

Atsuro's Normal

00:13:898 (1) - Can this be a straight slider to flow with (2)?
00:35:282 (3) - Curve this the other way. I think it should have a similar flow to with (2).
00:40:547 (4) - This should be just a bit lower. If you do that, also make (3) at around x-299 y-152.

Hard

00:03:686 (1) - I think the two red ticks look better when on the same x axis. Like 00:11:345 (1,2) - these.
00:17:728 (1) - spacing (You may also want to move 00:18:686 (1) - this if you do that.)
00:45:015 (2,3) - This looks funny when straight. (2) needs a blanket.
00:46:292 (2,3) - ^^^ But also correct the line of 00:46:691 (4,5) - these to a more curved shape.

00:30:335 (4) - This slider is a bit uneven. I think putting the lower red tick on the same x axis as the higher red tick would be an easy fix. This is intentional. I placed anchors on slider this way so that it can "wiggle" a bit (doesn't alter SV, so it's okay).
00:44:537 (1) - ^^^ Very similar change to last suggestion. Once again, this is intentional (and I want to place red anchors on different x-axis so that it goes down and to the left with a softer flow without going straight down).
00:45:494 (1) - ^^^ ^ (in this case, it goes up, but same thing, basically).

Alright, time for a reply.
On Insane, I'm pretty certain slider is 1/6 (heard it with slower playback rate, so yeah... fully certain).
Fixed sliders on Hard (but they still have the limitation of the editor, so it's not as I imagined it at first...).
On toybot's, it seems he's following vocals and not beats on that point.

Anyway, thanks for modding!

Edit: BTW, Atsuro. Seems you change SV during and after Kiai. Is that okay, I wonder?

In those cases, I think a bit of variety is needed, to avoid making Easy too boring.

Variations in this part are only because of GDers' way of mapping it and to make it simplier (case of easier diffs). I think they are consistent enough on the hardest diffs (toybot needs to change the way notes are snapped, tho D:).
00:01:824 (3) - Remove finish on sliderend Um... nope. I'm emphatizing a strong cymbal there.
00:33:526 (2) - Not perfectly stacked The way osu! editor stacks things is so annoying. I think it's fixed now, but it's most likely editor will fuck up again when I save/test/upload map.
00:42:941 (4) - ^ This one is actually okay in my version, tho.

Just some quick info. If you wanna make sure they are perfectly stacked, just use a numberless (dot) skin and see. Turning grid snap off can help stack greatly.

Ye, Ik disabling Grid Snap helps; but I've seen cases where editor still screws up, either in my own maps or someone else's after modding.
Certainly, stacking in osu! is bugged somehow, and it's still uncertain (for me) how to fix it without it screwing up again.
