[Normal]
00:00:815 (1) - Remove the repeat and add a circle to the current end. Feel like the first strong sound of the song should really be clicked.
01:37:501 (1,2) - A long stack, such a flowbreaker. Would be better if you kept on going, this gives an annoying pause to the playability.

[Hard]
01:00:472 (1,2,1,2,3) - This kind of spacing change pattern seems really unfair for a Hard diff. Consider making something else.

Other diffs are completely flawless.

This set isn't ready for ranking yet, It has quite a bit of issues.

General

Offset should be -3985 so the cymbals on Nightcore mod will land on the correct beats (Don't forget to resnap things incase there are unsnaps)
The gap of Normal -> Hard -> Another is huge due to serious gaps between snaps (Normal barely has 1/2, Hard has all 1/2 with a bit of 1/4 triples, Another has streams of over 9). You should buff/nerf the Hard difficulty and then make another diff to fill in the gap (If you buff Hard, make a diff between Normal and Hard. If you nerf Hard, make a diff between Hard and Another)
The diffname "Another" doesn't fit this spread, use "Kloyd's Insane"
Background quality is a bit low, I'd suggest you to find another one.
The combo colors aren't so pleasant in my opinion, if you change the background, call me and I'll get you a new scheme.
Hitsound volume is seriously low on all difficulties, please add around 15% to all timing sections or change as you see fit.
Could you find an official confirmation for the source? It seems like it's written as "Pump it up 2015 Prime" on some places.

00:06:987 (3,4) - 00:09:730 (1,1) - 00:12:472 (1,1) - Something is wrong here, the sounds are the same, but there's no consistency in SV. First pair is x1 x1, Second pair is x1.2 x1.4, Third pair is x1 x1.4. Please decide on a consistent way to make these.
00:08:187 (1,2) - Why would you skip the drum sound? Also the fact that (2) ends on a purple tick makes no sense. you should do something like this:

00:15:215 (1,2) - こういう(2)のキックの使い方って読みづらいのでHyperとかで使うのはあまりおすすめしません。2連打に変えるなりした方が無難。割と他箇所でもいっぱい使ってるから困りそうだけど･･･
00:50:872 - ここにcircleおいてもいいかも
01:14:530 (3,4,5) - ここと01:25:844 (4,5) - ここのclapの付け方違うの違和感あります。統一しませんか？
01:33:558 (1,1,1,1) - このNCはよくわからないです、外しましょう。デザイン性を求めるにしてもない方が綺麗だと思います。
