DT insane practice

anyone think it's a good idea if I change some of my insane songs to ar 8 and play them with dt?
reason for this is because i cant find good 250 bpm maps/streams to play with, and i cant read ar 10.3... i can just about read ar10 but not with hr on (od & hp op =/)

has anyone tried this before and have any opinions? or does someone know some good maps with ar 9.5 - 10 that's over 220 bpm? i can't find any

ar7 + HR = 9.8

What kind of star range are you even looking for anyway, because a lot of high-bpm ar8 maps + DT go well beyond 5 stars.

@genki tysm :) , i'm just looking to improve between 5-6 stars with faster streaming and faster bpms... atm i can single tap 260-280 bpm and stream 200-210 bpm i guess

I'm assuming 250 bpm is the maximum you can singletap without tiring.. So if you want to increase speed then The Ghost of 3.13 Forgotten would be perfect for you. Just change the AR to 9.5 or learn to play AR9.

If you can actually tap/stream that fast you are probably better off just learning to read more complicated stuff. There are plenty of good dt maps in the 220-240 bpm 5* AR9.6 range.

my favorite warmup is frostmournes owl city gold changed to ar8 and dt'd
