Problem Details:
Every time I try to open osu, nothing shows up...
I've tried holding shift while opening it... didn't help,
I've tried restarting my comp
I've tried reinstalling three times....
I've also tried deleting the osu!ui.dll file thing to force the osu update thing....
that also didn't work...
the same results occurred.

Video or screenshot showing the problem:
This is what shows up when it runs the updater..

Is there ANYTHING else I can do? .... Or do I just wait.... :(

This error is related to some corrupt or not functioning security component or md5 component on your system. GetDeviceInfos should not be failing.

So, there isn't anything I can do about it is there?

Try deleting bass.dll, and bass_fx.dll and run osu!.exe.

Does selecting a different audio device as default do anything? (Control panel -> Sound.)
While I'm not entirely sure as I never tried it, I don't think osu! will run without a sound device.

System.Runtime.InteropServices.SEHException: External
component has thrown an exception
No idea, but this made me wonder if that might help.
