The brackets say everything: I have Photoshop CC. I can download skin for the HP bars, but to not compromise, I'll see everything and play with it at least once. Why the .psds? To avoid placing a load on you. But are the necessary fonts there?

I felt that the love live skin that i made previously was lacking quality, and the proportions for some elements were just wrong. I was also lacking knowledge on using photoshop.
