[Stefan's Easy]

  • 00:34:404 (2,3,4) - The (4) looks lazy rather than artistic, no offense. It doesn't feel significant in comparison to most of the others. I suggest a reshape since the gap is so big with a spinner.
    ~I also feel 2 sliders like the below are a space-filling alternative and still leave time for spinner prep/recovery.

    00:32:404 (2) - Didn't know stuff like this and 01:06:404 (1) were rankable in easy. If they are, i think they look cool. Nice.
    01:16:804 (2) - Feels plain, but symmetry sound. No issue here, just opinion.
[Normal]

  • 00:48:004 (1) - Feels a little uneven compared to previous rhythms of 00:41:204 (2,3,1) - 00:42:804 (2,2,1,2) - and 00:44:804 (1,3,4,1). I can hear it matching, but it's early in measure compared to 00:46:404 (1). Something with this pattern feels a little more upbeat and matches 00:44:404 (2,1,2):

Super solid diff, good flow and great transitions. Combos look good, sliders are integrated well, and clean, consistent patterns.

  • 00:38:404 (1,2,3,4) - My only concern with the map. "You're too slow". So fitting and I love it; however, the difficulty in reading and hitting that feel a tiny bit over what you have in the rest of the map. Consider it again really, I don't have much of a suggestion cause it's still pretty cool and it's a Hard.

  • 00:56:404 (5,6,7,8) - The rhythm thus far has been pretty cool, "Trill" indeed. Feels a little overmapped here, I say so because 00:57:104 (7,8) add onto a beat that's ending and the 00:57:204 (8) feels empty as s result.

  1. You seem to be using a 320kbps mp3, which is unrankable. MP3 files may only be between 128kbps and 192kbps because a high kbps will inflate the file size and cause issues with soundcards. I suggest finding a 192kbps mp3 from somewhere.
  2. Personally, I'm not too keen on the bg, seems a little too odd for rank.

I've noticed that some notes are 1.5 of a beat apart on the timeline, such as 00:24:004 (1,2) - . I wouldn't do this, because a beginner won't have a steady beat after hearing the hitsound, they will probably hit it 1/2 too early and miss.
  1. 00:19:004 (2) - You could improve this hook a little, try something like this instead:
    This is better because the first descent isn't so steep, making it look symmetrical and nicer.

  1. 00:04:004 (3) - I'm not too fond of this slider because it's dip overlaps with the score metre on the bottom of the screen, which can cause reading issues. Try not to place objects so low.

I am myself not a good jump-mapper but this jumps are looking random made, I would recommend some more zigzag, star, triangle and whatsoever jumps^^

00:36:804 (4) - Move the clap hitsound to the end of this slider, where it fits better (possibly a simple error with c+p)

The rest looks perfect, nice job.

00:01:604 (1) - The sharp corner in this slider looks really forced, compare to Easy where the corners follow the music.

00:05:404 (2) - Maybe move this so it makes a big symmetrical thing with 1 and 3.
00:15:804 (2) and copypastas - Too close to the previous slider, looks ugly. I'd just distance snap this to 1.1x.
00:23:004 (2) - Maybe make this flow a little better with the previous slider idk, I think this looks ugly.
00:29:604 (2) - Doesn't interact well with 00:31:004 (2). That's just my pet peeve though so it's probably nothing.
01:05:604 (4) - nc here, I don't see any reason to delay the new combo past the sexy triangle thing. Patterns can go across combos yaknow.
01:06:404 (1) - remove nc
01:18:404 (4) - nc?

Kaguya's Hard
I think overall the map is quite monotonous, and needs some longer sliders and rests between notes to break up the rhythm a bit. Pretty nice diff though besides that.

00:21:604 (4,5,6,1,2,3) and similar patterns - Here's what I'm talking about by "monotonous", because this pattern is repeated pretty often in the map. Some long sliders, rests, doubles... would go a long way.
01:08:404 (5) - Make this guy parallel with the slider above.
01:16:804 (1) - This slider looks odd with 01:15:804 (3) before it, maybe make it go in a different direction, or just copy 01:15:804 (3) into this position and reverse it. Again this is just my pet peeve so probably leave it.

Rename to just 0920's Insane? I'd call it an Insane diff, doesn't feel light in any way whatsoever. Anyway I think this is a really awesome difficulty, especially 00:20:204 (4,5,6,7,8,9,1) holy shit that might just be my favorite pattern ever.

00:07:704 (5) - I know you want to follow the sample, but this sorta breaks the rhythm of the map for a little bit and plays awkward.
00:13:604 (1,2,3,4) - Kinda confusing to read, or maybe I just suck at reading lel
00:14:404 (1,2,3,1,2,3,4) - For some reason, the map becomes really easy for a little bit here. I'd add some more notes, maybe even overmap a little.
00:30:404 (1) - Set the sliderhead's sampleset to Drum and this sounds 100x cooler and more fitting.
00:51:204 (1) - I can tell the aim was to follow the "You're too slow!" but it feels off, I'd just ignore the voice here like in the rest of the map.
00:55:004 (3,4,5,6,7,1,2,3,4) (around here) - Sudden spike in note density, for some reason. I'd cut out 00:56:004 (1,2,3,4) and just leave a slider there or something.
00:59:204 (1,2) - Weird as hell to play. Again, "background sample" mapping, bla bla, but seriously this is super awkward.

Rename to Extra? It seems difficult enough. Or don't, and just have 2 insane diffs, that's ok right? Just for sure no Light Insane pls.

I think overall the map is quite monotonous, and needs some longer sliders and rests between notes to break up the rhythm a bit. Pretty nice diff though besides that.

00:21:604 (4,5,6,1,2,3) and similar patterns - Here's what I'm talking about by "monotonous", because this pattern is repeated pretty often in the map. Some long sliders, rests, doubles... would go a long way. meh, maybe. since I can't physically like.. remap this section, I think this is probably a pass

00:40:404 (2) - This would fit better as a 1/2 slider due that skipped beat, it's really strong and part of the main melody so if feels weird to be ignored.

Most of the 3/4 sliders are awful and misplaced, and we also have some weird spacing here (though it may be your intention, given the song). But at least let's fix the weird rhythm.
00:01:604 (1,2,3,4,1,2) - This part is really inconsistent with the rest of the map, you're mapping here the percusion things? but then you go for the main melody, and the switch is really bad. Stick to the main melody.
00:04:404 (5,1,2) - The spacing is pretty similar, while they're on different time.
00:08:804 (3) - Make it a 1/2 slider, the 1/2 pause would give more emphasis to the next note, adding that this isn't really a held note to justify the extended slider.

00:27:604 (2,3) - Shouldn't the spacing be lower? The large jump isn't really fitting for the intensity there.

  1. 01:05:404 (6) - I recommend deleting this for a couple reasons. The first is that your map for a whole minute has nothing but 1/2 gaps as the biggest. Another is that it gives off that feel since you have the kiai restarting after this, having a tiny of time where you don't move your mouse or click anything works wonders.

  1. 00:59:104 (8) - I highly recommend you delete this note. There is Nothing in the music playing here, and it seperates the two different combos here which play to different things.
  2. 01:09:404 (4,5,6,7) - A lot of whistles here. You should just have one at (7)? At the very least I recommend removing (6)
  3. 01:20:004 - add 5% volume to the end of this spinner for the fade out effect.

I honestly don't know. it doesn't feels like the Hitobjects are coming too sudden or appearing too fast, even for newer players. it is indeed not 1500ms (it's 800ms) but playwise it feels totally fine to me. Maybe make a Thread in the BM Forum for this?
