I'm sorry for being here after 6 days since qualified, but do you have any official reference that says "Horie Yui" for the romanisation?
At least all the references I could find use Yui Horie, such as:

https://www.kuroneko-union.jp/ (though it's a fanclub, it's 'official' fanclub)
Also, a map had been disqualified not long ago with the same reason: p/6045785

Other ranked maps are not valid reason to keep wrong metadata. We only care if each map has correct metadata.

Then this is up to BNs. It's just natural for Japanese.
@Doyak : at http://king-cr.jp/artist/horie/profile/ , you'll find something like 
Which read as "Horie Yui".
So whether the mapper use "Horie Yui" instead "Yui Horie" it's still a valid artist name since both are correct and official.

Nah, it's still written in Japanese. It has nothing to do with the romanisation.
I'll take this down for the time being, as nobody found any official romanisation that says "Horie Yui" yet (we also don't have much time left until ranked). Please use "Yui Horie" instead, unless you could find an official reference of "Horie Yui".
