Looking at the
changelog, for skins with versions >= 2.4, any custom file for LN ends needs to be specified in the .ini, using NoteImage#T, where "#" is the number of the note.
At the moment, to get mine to work as before I had to copy each NoteImage#H line to the line below and change the H to a T. But given that my skin version is 2.1, this is likely some mistake that'll be corrected if you just wait it out.
On a tangent, I'm guessing that H stands for "head", and T for "tail".
