Deleting backgrounds makes osu! ANGRY?
Please use 'Background Dim' settings instead.
I got this message after I created a beatmap and was trying to play it. The video I used as background worked perfectly but I still want to fix the problem. Can anyone explain to me what does Background Dim means.
I created another beatmap using video as background and there is no problem. I don't know what to do.
I took a screenshot of the problem but I don't know how to post it, sorry.

Hey, i did have the same problem some time ago, here is how i fixed it:
Open the .osu file in the notepad, go to the [Events] section in //Background and video events and add a line like this:
0,0,"here put the name of the file and dont forget the extension",0,0

Should look like this:

[Events]
//Background and Video events
0,0,"Shin_Goketsuji_Ichizoku_Bonno_Kaiho_Art_02.jpg",0,0

Now it should work. Good luck! :)
