Cool diff. But I doubt if 01:18:999 (1) is too close to the spinner. In an Easy diff we can only place object after the spinner for at least 4 beats, especially this is 196bpm. At least I think you should move the slider closer to the center, that is swap the place of (1) and (2). And 01:36:142 (1,1) - is also too close. Using a slider end at 01:37:366 instead of the spinner is better imo.

For Frey's diffs (Medium/Insane/Special) consider removing 00:51:448 (3,2) - like fanzhen suggested. Removing the circles will also make this part start slower then gradually speed up like in the music. Otherwise, the object density is pretty much the same throughout this whole section

The issue is that you're ignoring the stronger beats while mapping to the soft piano sounds. The rhythm suggestions above should be a compromise~
