[Archived] Ultra slow dl speed for beatmaps

Problem Details:
Normally I get HEAPS fast dl speed for everything then all of a sudden recently... it's dropped like hell....
So now I get like around 20kb/s - 50kb/s and an occasional spike (which is good)

1. Maybe the servers are under heavy load when you try to download your maps.

2. Maybe something is using your bandwidth ( steam updating a game/ Utorrent/ AV updating/ windows downloading updates /etc. ) or you are uploading.

3. Check your router Actual Rate(the actual speed you gain through your modem) [ actual speed = kbps/8] maybe it dropped for a weird reason and you need to restart it.

4. You didnt mention how your downloads speed performs with other sites( try bloodcat and tell us the results) . Is this happening only for beatmaps?

Yeah, same thing here. I get fast dl speeds on everything but osz files. It's fine though, I can live with it.

The servers are never under load, trust me. Just routing issues, likely.

Tried Restarting
Tried clearing cache.... no luck.

It actually only really started recently...
I had no problems before.
Now that I have osu supporter... I tried osu direct but it doesn't seem any faster.

It might take a bit of time before it will fix itself. Seems like the type of problem that would
