Well, your stats in general don't really matter when it comes to progressing to get better in the game. You can still pp farm (though not as easy as it was to farm scores back in the day), which would give you a sense of improvement while it might not actually be. Instead, try setting yourself some long-term and short-term goals for yourself, and work towards them. Don't make your long-term goals too far away (like FCing big black or whatever) as you'd probably get demotivated before you even get close, but something that's out of your reach right now, but not too much. For example, you can pick a song you like, and having FCing that map as your long-term goal. Short-term goals can be stuff like "get an A on this from B" or "have less than 10 misses instead of 15" or things like that. Also, try to not get discouraged when you can't do something, while still being happy when you actually manage something. If you, say, never finished this map with 10 misses or less, it's to be expected that you won't be getting below 10 misses every time you play that map, even if you manage it once or twice.
While working on your short-term goals, go and try your long-term goal now and then, and again, be happy if you do better than before, but don't get discouraged if you didn't do better as well. Your skills will always fluctuate from day to day anyway.
Oh and make sure you're playing maps of songs you like listening to, or maps you think are fun to play. Sooner or later you'll start to see small progress in your gameplay, rather than looking at some number increasing.

Try to do the motion of your fingers taht you would need to do for doubles slowly, so that your brain is actually aware of what you need to do. That helped for me at least.
Anyhow, good luck, and in the end it's mostly up to you to find your own weaknesses and fixing them.

I have been playing big black a few times now and then, and i have been focusing on playing faster maps because i find it boring to play a map that is slow. I play mostly with no mods or find beatmaps that has low enough bpm to use DT. My accuracy sucks and varies from day to day, sometimes i get almost only 100 and on good days i get accuracy of 97 and above but only on the first half of a map. I think that you should not play any harder maps like big black due to your level skills. Try to practice any maps like jump practice (go check in google. See if there is nightcore or jump compilation) or for streaming, just search deathstream compilation

Jump training maps will make you better at jump training maps. If you want to be able to do any jump, you have to play a whole bunch of different maps.
in my opinion those jump / stream training maps are almost worthless if you dont have the basic technique down but what do I know. Playing the long stream practice maps taught me nothing when I was first learning how to stream

I need someone who had the same problems before or have the same problem now. Feel free to ask me question if you need some more information.
And saying get good doesn't get me anywhere.

Considering your play graph shows you've only played for one year HOW DARE YOU even suggest that you have the ability to play at their level. I did not write this but i was actually afraid that the way i played didn't improve my skills. So actually im not being arrogant or ignorant and i did not know i could check the graph like that. I feel the same way but I just focus on playing and enjoying the music. I try only every now and then but that's it. For most, this isn't the way to go...but it's lest frustrating.

This is generally what happens when you want to improve at a game. It get's harder as you get better. There's no way to avoid this from happening.
The only advice that I can give is that repetition and devotion are a sure way to get better overall. As for play-counts and experience levels, they're just features in the game that make you stand out from people with lower experience levels and play-counts.

To make my point easier to understand:
1000 T.Hits + 1000 Plays vs 1000 T.Hits + 1 Play.
Neither taking total hits nor playcount would give you as much information as both of them together. So if you assume total hits is useful, then it only makes sense that playcount would also be useful.
Relevantly, based on the history graph, I started around the same time as OP.
I'm 11.8k ranks higher, and I have 10k less plays and ~33% more total hits, so you can imagine how inefficient his plays probably are based on those numbers alone.
