I focus on playing (or at least try to) and click those lovely circles. If I'm hunting SS and fail to hit node to get "300" I might yell something stupid (normally it's "FU**" in finnish language) and then my girlfriend behind me says "shut the fu** up" or something and then I start to hate myself and try to gather myself and press ctrl+r and repeat this loop untill I get that worthless SS.

I am normally chatting with friends on skype and am talking to them while playing. Every now and again when holding a high combo in a really hard map(for me) ill stfu and maybe even say "Shhhh 1 sec guys".
But most of the time I am chatting while playing so am thinking about whatever is happening in that conversation.

Think about "how the fuck did I do that pattern?!" then I fail.
Guns in slow-mo, lens flare and the current song playing. And then I realize I'm thinking about it, and mess something up. GG, brain.
My eyes keep flashing back and forth from the osu!mania board and the percentage, constantly causing me to fail. xD Also, if I don't think of that, I'm seriously overthinking or trying to concentrate so hard that I lose percentage or completely miss. The struggle is real
I'll do brilliantly then suddenly see my face in my screen during the breaks and think "Why the heck am I so UGLY?" then fail on the last note.

I try to think of another things so i'm not completely focused on the game because if I am focused, I tend to get stressed and screw up
