How do you want to download them?
Whenever you select a map, it'll try to retrieve the data
There is no way to do this when offline
Also, it kind of defeats the purpose of playing offline

Playing offline is dirty. There's no reason to do it when you have connection.

I was talking about it needs to retrieve the data for those rankings, which can't be done if you play off-line, as that means no internet

Good idea, but it depends, it would mean APIs being exposed to anonymous connections which means they could be exploited in some way
