I have a extremely low pc with 1.25GB of ram what settings should i use to make osu! run better

Whatever is causing the lag is by your computer, it would be more useful if you could post your computer specifications
1.25GB ram? Remove that 256 MB one and see if it works better
Update your video card driver if possible
turn off all effects
replace skin.png with blanks
limit your fps
turn all unnecessary processes off, you can try to use something like gamebooster

Put your pc to clean boot with only essential drivers and software
Use DirectX Rendering and Switch your frame limiter to 240fps if your pc can handle it. Disable all extra visual effects within osu!1) Press Start, search for MSCONFIG.EXE, run it. You can also use Winkey + R to open the run dialog box and put msconfig.
3) Go to the SERVICES tab and check HIDE ALL MICROSOFT SERVICES
