Your drum-sliderslide and drum-sliderslide2 blank wav files are incorrect, you should use 44 bytes blank wav file for it. http://puu.sh/gzOyT/c31f13d97f.rar I packed them for you, just extract it in your map's folder.
Delete all _ chars from your tags, it breaks the site searching. But you can keep if for Dark_Fang, but add Dark Fang with space too.
And I don't think that «song» tag is necessary, because, according to this post, original song name is «Double Rainbow».

I suggest you to reduce your OD and HP to 2, since 3 mostly used for Normals, and increase AR to 3, since your AR jump for 2 to 5 on Easy→Normal gap is too huge.
