Imbalanced spread between NH and HI:
In Hard, you have quite a number of readability challenges - 00:12:150 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3) - 00:57:150 (1,2,3,1,2,3) , jumps - 00:17:400 (3) - 00:21:525 (2) - 00:27:712 (2) - 00:29:212 (2,3,4) - 00:30:150 (1) - 00:30:712 (2,3,4) , and consecutive circles - 00:59:400 (3,4,5,6,1) -01:22:087 (2,3,4) which make the Hard higher than the average. If you take an in-depth look at N and I, you will find them casual and just right at the average. Thus, what I mentioned above leads to the unbalanced gap issue.
Fix it by nerfing the placements using mostly distance snap and reducing the density of some patterns mentioned above, especially consecutive circles.

Additional Modding

Placement isn't very clean with unsophisticated distance snap usage compared to creator's diffs. I hope my mod below can help a bit.
00:11:962 (4,1,2,3,4) - replace some of them by 1/2 sliders to decrease the high frequency of clicking circles, normal 1.2x distance snap can make it look neater and therefore, is highly recommended. The screenshot below may imply why I say the overall placement is untidy and unintentional. as previously mentioned, diffgap still exists. although N > H is fine, H > I is a bit too much imo. Catharsis has several long streams and 1/4 notes while Hard has zero. i think its fine to integrate some 1/4s here and there in Hard without making it too far from Normal. at the same time normal can be buffed too

I guess you have misinterpreted my elaboration on spread, what I mean on the imbalanced spread is exactly opposite to what you said above.

N <----------------> H <------> I
So, my suggestion is to fix the unbalance through nerfing the heavy jumps in Hard, hopefully the spread would turn into:
N <--------> H <--------> I

Rhythmically, nothing special or tricky are found in all the diffs, but adding a few 1/4 objects like 2 - 3 or even none are both okay for me as most of the difficulties in Hard reflects on the placements.

00:17:400 (2) - remove the whistle on the end of the slider, clap is sufficient
00:21:150 (3) - same as ^ the clap is sufficient and the whistle just sticks out, I know you try to use the whistle for the violin, but the clap is the major sound here and should be uninterrupted by any other sound. If you were trying to replicate 00:15:525 (4) - that's wrong, because 00:15:525 (4) starts out with the clap, unlike these 2 I mentioned
00:21:900 (4) - whistle instead of finish here, violin is prominent here and whistles fits better, finish just covers everything
00:22:650 (1) - finish instead of whistle on start of slider to follow the cymbals in the music
00:36:150 (3) - this is too noisy with the finishes and it isn't the best choice of hitsound to use here. Removing them, I heard the music and it would be better to use claps on all 3 parts of the slider instead of the finishes
00:39:150 (3) - is the same tune as 00:27:150 (3) but you changed hitsounds, which is weird because they are the same. I think it is better to follow the one that was earlier in the song, and the hitsounding was fine, so change the whistle on the start of 00:39:150 (3) to a finish
00:41:025 (2) - this is the same as 00:29:025 (2) - (the repeat end) but you used different hitsounds. Whistle suited it more, which you did for the earlier one in the song, so you should remove the finish on the end of 00:41:025 (2) and use a whistle instead

01:02:400 (2) - having finish on the start of the 3rd beat after the start of the new phrase is weird, it would be nicer and less odd if you used whistle instead

I have to pop this map's bubble because there is a delay larger than 5ms on soft-hitfinish.
