Problem Details: I can't download or see anything that I need once inside the Osu application

Video or screenshot showing the problem: can't. On ipad.

osu! version: none. Mobile

Ipad? For iOS osu!stream is available to download. I'm assuming that you're downloading a PC ver? or you're using a different mobile phone?

The osu! from cydia is very outdated which was programmed by https://osu.ppy.sh/u/nuudles years ago.
If you wanted to add beatmaps(the folders straight from the osu Songs folder) to the app you need to add the file in /var/mobile/Documents/osu/beatmaps/
EDIT: You can put the file via FTP using openssh and an FTP client
