This does not address minor short-lived audio crackle happening with sliders right after turning the volume to 0 which also happens on stable. Please report if you still experience the other kinds of crackle and/or hitsounds missing.
Works fine for me... Tried on various resolutions tho.Nathanael wrote:
Mod selection keys doesn't seem working (including Reset All Mods and Close button). I haven't touched the configuration.
Edit: Not only that but also the skip button.

I don't think there is much support for CE on Mac yet. I think you will have to wait unless you can get it working with Wine somehow.Sharkfang wrote:

I believe that Cutting Edge doesn't work on Mac. Go back to Stable.Sharkfang wrote:
I simply cannot get into osu! after installing the latest cutting-edge build. I'm using a Macbook Pro 2009, and it says I need the .NET Framework: v4.0.30319 which I can't really install on a mac... is there any way to unistall the latest build at least? Delete some files?

Well, that's interesting. When holding fn + shift it pulls up wineskin. Not sure what to do next.Sharkfang wrote:

Wow I wish I heard about that earlier - redownloaded and reset (contacted peppy through twitter and he told me to do so). Oh well. Thanks for the advice in case it ever happens again ^-^TheVileOne wrote:
Open osu.cfg and change _ReleaseStream to Stable
Can you provide a screenshot or something? I don't have this problem.Shizuyi wrote:
Since the lastest patch i just downloaded, every time i start osu, it says "downloading locakisation" and starts 30sec after that. Totally annoying.
Does running osu! in windowed mode help?Sadistic Potato wrote:

Check and uncheck Letterboxing
Changed resolution 1366*768 (native) into 1366*768, and vice versa

Does the same issue happen on the Beta release stream? Please try closing all background applications and see if it helps.Sadistic Potato wrote:

This is actually expected behaviour for windows apps as far as I know. I regularly do this to decide which monitor to open an app on.Trosk- wrote:
I don't know if this could be considered an issue, but when you are opening osu!, if you place your cursor on second monitor, it will open on second monitor and not on the main one. This doesnt happen on Stable, just on Cutting Edge.
Oh ok. It's just I found it weird since it started to do that a few days ago on Cutting Edge. Thanks.peppy wrote:
