before anything i want you to get your NCing patterns fixed up, atm they seems somewhat inconsistent. as i have said in one of your previous maps, try doing NC every downbeat (of course there can be exceptions) but that is the best method for this song. (downbeat = longest white tick)
00:03:680 (3) - 00:09:073 (3) - i found it somewhat weird that these two are litteraly the only whistles you use in the entire map, there are plenty of other stronger beats that can support the usage of the whistle. so imo you can either remove these two whistles completely or add a few more at other places.
00:00:478 - why is the volume of this section so loud compared to the others? if anything it should be quieter imo.

OK, about this, I fixed most places. Still some places aren't done(like 00:48:343 (1) or 01:06:545 (1) or 01:10:253 (1) -01:15:477 (1) and so on), because I think I have to emphasize them, or they will let players confused in gaming.

Errrr, I don't think I should raise the hitsound or use drum sound. In this piece of music, I don't hear the increase. For drum hitsound, you can see I nearly use no drum hitsound in the whole Special diff. It would be weird if I just use drum in this place.

00:00:646 (2) - no just grid snap it lol. move it 1 grid to the right x = 32
01:34:270 - hmm this map is quite streamy and there's alot of 1/4 rhythms but how come you didn't map this note out o-o?
00:00:478 - hmm i'd still think you could lower the volume a bit, the gds have mostly around 50% volume here because the music is rather calm here. also the soft hitnormal just sounds bad when it's too loud xD

As far as I know, you're not allowed to rank IIDX music. beatmania IIDX music is part of a series by konami, and reflec beat is part of that same series. However, in the DMCA request, it only states that they want IIDX music taken down (the url they provided to the infringing works was simply a beatmap search of "beatmania iidx")

Ask loctav or someone who knows more on this matter for confirmation before doing anything.

Considering that the melody is the phrase that has notes on 00:03:174 - and 00:03:680 - and neither of these are being clicked, there may be a better rhythm choice than the ones that you have here. Here are some potential rhythms you can use for the two phrases I mentioned:
