Hi guys, i'm new to this game and to the forum, so please forgive me if this is not the right section to ask this but i have a question. Is making a beatmaps with songs like World at War - Soviet Union Theme allowed? I don't really like the songs other people make so i wanted to make my own.

you can make anything you want.
Konami songs never get ranked doe. They actually tried to sue osu once ;_;
^He didn't ask if he could get it ranked, he asked if he was allowed to map it.
