This map should probably hell for you... Which makes it a good training; it helped me quite a bit with my finger control.
Heavy Rain is similar although more about streams but easier on the aim part.

Mapping styles have been based around alternating the circle after a slider for ages.
It's become common practice to make it more rhythmically confusing to do just that on some Extra difficulties. "Uber-singletap" style has less problems with such patterns as a result and I find myself switching to this style specifically for Extra's.

If you're talking about circles 1/4 note after a slider (which requires you to switch fingers), just tap the note on that other beat because it will be on time with the next 1/2 beat if the slider goes 3/4. If you hit the circle when the slider gets to the end, that's way too early. Just imagine the beat in your head and follow through.

its a map from owc but it pretty much uses the same technique to break your accuracy

Alternating is not really a must but it is a better way to handle it
if you have one main finger try to keep using that finger
if you are fine with tapping with the other finger it is better to alternate
