I also find that it feels right for pacing, as it makes the chorus feel more important and I get to map a lead-in where the build actually climaxes. Okay I mapped that section and I'm quite happy with it. I've forced my own combo colours again, so that they stand out from the background and video. If they don't bother you too much, then would you mind keeping them? Change them if you want.

I've set my own, which are basically modifications of the default colours that I can actually stand. So, they're essentially default, which means they should stand out against a video.
