Two mice, one to move, one to alternate. Put tape over the alternating one's sensor.
mouse with z as main and x for streams, but i fail at streams longer than 7 notes.
Mouse with left-click.
But whenever there is a stream, I panic and mash n/m randomly.
So I guess you could say I play with mouse/keyboard. Kinda~

Mouse only. Which works rather well for most stuff tbh.
Can't stand playing with x/z since then I wont be able to tell myself that what I do will help my normal computer use in any way! Which I suppose is lying to myself anyways, but well, need something to motivate me to play what would otherwise be rather pointless :p

F1+F2 / mouse.
I've used nothing but mouse for about 2 years.
I had broken my right hand around age 18 and as im aging (now almost 25) it's taking its toll so its becoming painful to put so much stress on it (click + moving fast) so I'm beginning to learn how to use S and D on my keyboard (which I always thought was more efficient anyways, but didnt feel like relearning to play the game).

Mouse to move around the screen( including jumps) and for easy sections and z and x for streams 
At the beggining I played with mouse only, but later I switched to mouse/keyboard

Mouse + W/D, it's because my left finger is used to play FPS game, so W/D is a good choice:D
I only use the mouse. On rare occasions I use z/x, but I usually end up beating the map via the mouse.

I play with the tablet with mouse buttons disabled and z/x to hit.
multi methooods:
1) tablet tap (for L click) and x (for R click) [and sometimes z too]
2) pure mouse
3) mouse to point, z & x to click

my z and x is not responding as good anymore haha (lame rubber dome kb) will change back when i get my mech kb.

Meh, maybe to someone who's good at osu! :p, there's no way (at this current time) I'd be able to keep that kind of accuracy and speed through that entire stream :/, let alone with a mousethose wrote:
