Same thing as the menu fps lag before, except during game the F9 menu lags the game, like when watching a replay.

Is your frame limiter set to unlimited?

It could be your system (if it's an old one). If not it could be for pending windows updates. Another reason could be if you use OpenGL instead of DirectX. You may also want to mess around with the FPS cap untill you find one that suits you.

it only drops to 30 fps when watching a replay and having the friends tab [F9] open

i updated windows yesterday, and opengl is stupid and gives me lower frames

Frame Limit can set to >240 ~ Unlimit.
Maybe it can help you.
