Hi I've been playing for about a year now. And the hardest thing for me is getting a good warm up so that my fingers and hands don't cramp up while I play. I use a tablet pen and zx to play. I need some songs that have moderately fast jumps triple and double notes slider streams (nothing crazy) and some long streams (also not to crazy).

Thanks :)

I recommend just playing the stream practice map that is your max BPM when you are warmed up already.

It's amazing how there are more people ridiculing OP than there are people answering his question.

But we must insult new players asking questions. What else are we meant to do? Help them? Please.

I thought the best way to help people was to scare them away from the forums so they will waste less time and practice more...

these are 2 of my personal favourites when it comes to warmup

if you warmup on hard/fast maps you will only end up spamming and not actually warming up your hands the proper way.
you have to start slow so your fingers get the good feeling and then you can move on to harder maps.

I like to warmup on https://osu.ppy.sh/s/177585 with HR because I usually play HR for fun and this is good for aim and finger control and OD10 helps me keep track of how uncoordinated I am in general. I generally don't get higher than an 80% and have to no fail as well but it gets both my fingers moving and my aim going so I'm less likely to trip up on triples (I single tap most maps). I then proceed to warming up on some songs where my accuracy won't be so abysmal.

Edit: I try to time my hits to the music on this map as opposed to just mashing 2 fingers and tossing my cursor around to maximize hits. It's important not to mash and stuff in your warmups.
