Same about CS's decimals. This diff is totally playable with CS:4, atm circles are too similar as Normal.
Although this is the hardest diff, I feel AR:8 and OD:7 a bit high due the BPM and map's rhythm. Consider reducing them to AR:7 (or 7,5) and OD:6 (or 6,5), and the same goes to HP.
Is diff name somehow related to song? Apparently I don't see any association.
00:02:527 (3) - Soft sampleset doesn't fit here with the next whistle, just change it to Auto.
01:27:375 (5,6) - Bad spacing, totally sudden and different as the whole map, move (6) a bit further.
01:29:836 (11) - I feel this note a bit overmapped, there is no important music that needs to be clicked, imo.
01:40:969 (4) - It flows better if you add Ctrl+G here, at least for me.
02:20:112 (1) - Maybe a bit nazi but here shouldn't be a NC, I'd remove it and add NC here 02:20:815 (7) - instead. At least I feel the stanza needs to have NC since the music is a bit louder.

02:35:933 (1) - This finish at the end doesn't really fit due the decreasing music... Add a whistle maybe?

Первый и пятый цветы комбо очень похожие. По моему тебе нада изменить на еще один цвет. Мой пример: *КЛИК*
В карте сторыборд или нет сторыборда? Если нет, посмотри в 'Widescreen Support' и отключи.
По моему оффсет нада быть 192, как я не знаю если это потому что мой компьютер такий плохой. Скажи, если правильный или неправильный оффсет.

АР такий быстрый ;_; Устанавли, пожалуйста, 0.5 меньшее потому что тепер дифф быстрый, ну как не такий быстрый и я думаю что нубки будут щасливые что они будут читать лучшей чем сейчас.
Если я не глухый, у меня вопрос: Где хитсалнды? ;_;
01:37:688 (1) - Эти слайдер не такий самый симметричный как это может быть. По моему этом на пример пятой точку можно передвинь на (X=201 | Y=98), а шостой точку на (X=170 | Y=129). Почему? Потому что сейчас это такий не сымметричный слайдер когда это может быть (если не нада).
01:58:314 (3) - Эти слайдер не симметриный а это такий Андреа-стайл. ;3; Может быть что ты передвинишь четвертой точку на (X=204 | Y=113) а а нятой точку на (X=121 | Y=134)? Красная точка может быть на (X=256 | Y=183). Сейчас это выглядит так: *КЛИК*
02:34:878 (3) - Передви, пожалуйста, последней точку на X=403. Нацистский мод, ну как это таки-ты-знаешь-что. ХD

Диффнейм под вопросом. Вообще он рилейтед, но как-то слишком слабо. Но точку точно убери из названия, она какая-то совсем лишняя. точку убрала, но мне не очень хотелось бы менять диффнейм. в общем, может, кто-нить что получше предложит

Note: 00:11:903 (1,2) - на твое усмотрение, я бы поменял. Polarity. тут оставила
00:18:934 (1,3) - minor - а попробуй их параллельными сделать? Миленько выходит, мне кажется. а для меня не смотрится совсем :с
00:29:013 (2,3) - minor - а вот тут стак не зашел, мне кажется. Флоу как бы "спотыкается" и играется неловко. если кто-нибудь еще упомянет об этом, тогда подумаю. для меня выглядит нормально

I didn't see any major problems, all suggestions above are minor. I've enjoyed modding the set, you've done a great job! You can work a little more on polishing it, but it's pretty nice overall.

Now my modding focuses heavily on flow and playability, so don't wait those nazi things...

Map sounds me very good AlexaBM, fits very well to the song ~.~ The harder diff feels very good for a mouse singletapper (like me) to cease of being a mouse singletapper ~

The diff is just splendid (: jumps and streams fit very well (I tried singletap it but I can't ><)

My only complaint: Meow as diff name doesn't make justice to the song, nor to the mapping >< should be very very aggresive name (Meow looks something cute at least for me, what this song isn't). Some suggestions below:

Aggressive
Nineth Death
Heavy Death

and so on...

Perhaps would be Hard ROCK too, although it may feel more suitable for a complete diffname setting like "Breezing/Cruising/Sweating/Hard ROCK" like the "Don't Stop Me Now" mapset from m980.

02:15:887 (3) - Beats are the same in both start and end you should map a couple of circles here. Something like this (?):
