AIMod reads inconsistencies in combos. So the 1.33 off the first one was reading a 1.33DS combo if that first one had a 3rd note in the combo and it read 1.00, it would have shown up in aimod.
A good way to check for this is (save your map first) control+a and remove all combos, then look through aimod as it will point them out. Just make sure you don't save over these combos when checking, and revert before fixing.
