Finally, why call it insane? At the very least, consider changing it to marathon, as this indicates that it is for approved and not just a single difficulty, or come up with something creative for the difficulty name.

Yup, you fixed the blankets
Also, some modders might complain about these sort of blankets 03:22:465 (1,2) - but it is a perfect blanket, so you don't need to change them, if you don't want to

Generally I´ll point out some issues, most of which repeat a lot in the map, they´re not big issues, but most of the maps today use them, so it could help you a lot if you want to get the map ranked.

OVERLAPS: If you open basically any new ranked map, it´s bound to have overlaps. Simply moving two notes over each other instead of having two circles overlap in a different way each time. Your map has got some overlaps, but in my opinion there´s more opportunities for it.

00:07:665 (1) - and 00:10:465 (1) is the first example.

BLANKETS: If you check the approach circles of the blanketed object, you might notice some of your sliders are off. This has a simple fix simply by reshaping the slider along the approach circle.

00:12:265 (5,1)

DISTANCE SNAPPING: It´s better to space objects together in a similar section of a song with a similar gap between them. While for example downbeats may get more spacing due to being strong sounds, most mappers try for having consistent spacing.

00:37:065 (3,4,5,6)

also please try to space streams accordingly to their distance in music. If there are 1/6 and 1/4 streams, make the 1/6 streams less spaced or give them a special combo colour for better recognition. You did this only a few times, but it´s still important.

COMBOS: Try to aim for having a consistent number of combos. This is achieavable easily by putting new combos on repeating important sounds (downbeats or repeating rhythm)

That´s all, the map is overally good but I feel it could benefit from these changes. Good luck!

I've been trying to clean up a lot of the blankets for a while now and I tried to clean the spacing on the notes to look more consistent, gotta keep going over it though.

The overlaps I'm not to sure about, I tried doing a few (I think). Will def be keeping my eye out for them.

Hopefully what I've done is at least somewhat noticeable to you if you check it out.
