ppv2 is inaccurate. that's pretty much the point of these threads.

i think before we vote off the ppv2 rankings, lets have a look at some of the replays everyone has! everyone has hidden gems that define how good they are, rank is just a number that can be farmed very easily

And public opinion is more accurate? I don't even know or care about the top 10 in my own country let alone have spectated enough to have any kind of ability to sort them by skill and because of the imperfections in ppv2 I'd need to be familiar with the top 20 maybe 30
