I would also like to point out some things that I hope can help you improve your map. (Some of this I'd written before, so excuse any repetitions of what Spy said)

To start off, my view on LNs:
I think LNs are fun when they're used appropriately. They should only be used when both the start and the end of one is mapped to a clearly defined and audible start and end of a sound. This might be the case for something like a synth lead. The release timing of LNs is just as important as the LN start in osu!mania, and so it should be treated for mapping. To me, a loose LN end = ghost note.

[General]

Audio: As I said before, the mp3 quality is atrocious. You should use this one instead.
Metadata: Source should be empty, ThirdStyle probably better belongs into the tags if anywhere at all.

[Extra]
A. 00:12:924 (12924|1) - Ghost note, so you should remove it. You can flip the two middle lanes from 00:12:974 to 00:14:574 to fix consistency in alternating at the same time.

B. From 00:12:974 to 00:25:774 - There is no need for LNs here. The sound you are mapping LNs to is much shorter than 1/2, so in most cases the LN end is basically mapped to nothing. Like Spy said, use normal notes instead.
Also, consider remapping that section using the same jackhammer patterns as you did in the intro. The drum in the background is still the same. Without the jacks, that section is a lot easier than the intro.

C. From 00:22:574 to 00:25:574 - I think this entire section is overdone. You are mapping just one sound with full 4 note chords. I suggest you use only single notes, because it is also calmer than the rest.
I agree with Spy that the SV isn't necessary and hard to anticipate in the current version, but if you limit this to single notes in one lane, the SV might be nice. If you keep it, make it more subtle and do not speed up above 1.00. Just gradually dip to perhaps about x0.80 and back up to x1.00. And make sure you confirm this with a QAT because you probably don't want it DQ'd over the same thing. :D

D. From 00:25:774 to 00:38:574 - See point B. The LNs shouldn't be used here.
Here is a suggestion to consider: This section is also extremely easy compared to the bursts you use in the map. In the background, there is a lot more going on from the cymbal-like sound at 1/2 and sometimes 1/4. The better audio quality should make this easier to hear. Since you are mapping an extra, maybe you could map some of that in and use 3-note chords on the white ticks to create a more balanced difficulty instead of just 1/1. Something that looks a bit more like this (although that may very well be over the top, better ask the experienced players who the Extra diff is aimed at.

E. From 00:44:974 to 00:48:074 - Again, remove the LNs. Not suitable for the sound effect.

From here on, these are just opinions/suggestions. Think about them, maybe you like them, or leave it be if you don't.

F. From 00:52:974 to 00:57:274 - In this section, I think it's a good idea to map LNs to the synth, it is a lot more fitting. However, I think you mapped it in a strange way. If you listen closely, the synth is playing ascending triplets: A short, accented high note follows after two low notes. You mapped this short, high sound as LN but left out 1-2 of the low sounds. I think it would feel better to map only the two long, low notes, or all three of them.

G. From 00:57:774 to 01:04:174 - You could consider mapping the synth LNs too in this section, for consistency. If you use the first alternative I suggested in F, maybe the drums can be baked into the existing pattern to escalate the difficulty a little.

H. From 01:04:174 to 01:39:074 - Same as F. I think this section feels weird to play because you mapped the LN to the short, high note only where it's not so fitting. I think it would be better to use the same LN pattern I recommended for F: Two LNs for the long, low notes and a normal note for the high sound. Just change the direction to represent the shift in pitch.

For F, G, H: I made a short section as an example of how I think this could be mapped. I think it's easier than to explain in words what I mean. :D Give it a try, maybe you'll like this approach.

For the rest of the map, I think you're better off asking the pro players for advice. Some similar ideas to what I mentioned above apply regarding LNs/jacks.

[Insane]

Just a small note here: I liked the use of jacks in the intro and other sections of the Extra diff, but there are no jacks here. Maybe you can use the Insane diff to introduce the player to jackhammers in small pairs, like so https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/3124647 or even more.

Also, the same thing from Extra about LNs in the first half of the song counts, they should be removed.

00:28:874 (28874|0,28874|3) - Potential 1/8s could be added, but if you do add 1/8s you should make it 1234 or 4321. The chord after it should be a [12] or [34] for fluency.
00:31:374 (31374|1,31374|0,31474|2,31474|1,31574|3,31574|2,31674|0,31674|1,31774|1,31774|2,31874|2,31874|3,31974|0,31974|1,32074|1,32074|2,32174|2,32174|3) - I don't think these patterns are too bad, but like Spy said, could be better. Try to avoid chains of chordjacks like [12][23][34], if you have to do make sure that they're on one note and not longer than 4 notes, like [14][24][34].
00:37:574 (37574|0,37599|1,37624|3,37649|2,37674|0,37699|1,37724|3,37749|2,37774|0,37774|1) - You should be generally making patterns like these for the 1/8s. 12431243 is ideal because it could be hit as [12][34][12][34] - what Spy recommended is ill-advised in my opinion. If you have to change it though, 12341234 is fine.
00:40:974 (40974|3,40974|1,41074|2,41074|0,41174|1,41174|3,41274|2,41274|0,41374|1,41374|3,41474|2,41474|0) - Inconsistent patterning, try to make them similar to how you would pattern 31.374.
00:46:574 - ^
00:52:974 (52974|3,52974|1,53024|2,53024|0,53074|3,53074|1,53124|0,53124|2) - Patterns are fine considering that there are not many notes before it, but it's generally advised to use [12][34] or [43][21] instead. Keep it predictable.

01:35:774 - Could be redone to this. It captures the pitch shift, which was what you were going for.
01:54:574 (114574|3,114599|2,114624|1,114649|0,114874|0,114899|1,114924|2,114949|3) - I know what you're capturing here, it's probably not ideal considering the fact the main difficulty comes from the 1/8 bursts. Not sure what to change it too though.

Layering scheme is fine for the most part, I can tell when you're putting LNs on the bursts and when you're not.

01:27:035 - Ghost 1/4s, remove these.
01:35:635 - While I understand what you're going for in this, the two LNs between it does make this 1/8 burst pretty ugly. Would recommend you to change it to a LN.
01:53:285 - Missing note, whether or not you would want a minijack is up to you.

Not much to talk else to talk about.

[Extra]
Definitely a lot better than what it was before, but I feel that it is rather underwhelming. It does seem like the Insane map, just with additional 1/8 walls and other things. I split my mod into two parts, one that's to make the chart considerably harder and one to fix inconsistencies and other things. Would recommend you check out the second part of the mod.

Basically what the second part of the mod does is that it'll make the map considerably harder, both in the length of 1/8 walls and the difficulty of the kiai section (actually most of the map)

00:12:835 - 00:22:435 - I'm personally not too sure why the chords are 3-note instead of 2-note, considering that the sounds at 00:25:635 - are generally harder-sounding but are only layered as 2-note chords. I think you could change those to 2-note chords instead of 3-note chords.
00:44:135 - You can use 1/8s here.
01:12:635 (72635|0,72735|1,72735|0,72835|2,72835|3) - - Should be part of the 3-note jack, as the kick is on the same note.
01:28:935 - Don't be afraid to use 1/8s here, preferably 4321.
01:33:835 (93835|2,93835|0,93935|0,93935|1,94035|2,94035|3) - third chord should be part of a 3-note jack. You can move the third chord to [14].
01:43:435 - Should be a two-note chord, unless you're following what's listed in the spoilerbox.

00:25:635 - Map every sound like this as a 3-note chord. Exceptions would be chordglut sections like 00:40:835 - and 01:45:235 - , where 2-note chords would be fine. For the 1/4s that will be layered to the chords, use the easiest patterns possible. Something like this pattern is good. You can do that for all of them, except for the kiai section. In the kiai section, feel free to use any pattern you like, just don't make them too difficult but harder than the patterns you did for the parts outside of the kiai section.

You can map the kick as 3-note chords in sections like 00:28:835 - 00:44:835 - , 01:16:835 - 01:29:635 - , 01:42:435 - 01:54:435 - .

00:28:735 - You can map 1/8s here.
00:37:435 - Map these as 1/8s instead, the chord as 00:37:635 - could be a [43] or [12], depends on the direction of the 1/8.
00:50:435 - Use a 124312431243 1/8 pattern instead of a LN. This way you would be able to show that there is a pitch shift in the buzzes. This WILL increase the difficulty to 6*, so if that's not what you're going for so feel free to ignore this.
01:00:035 - Maybe use 1/8s here? Your choice.
01:00:635 - 432143214321 1/8s would be better to capture the pitch shift and for boosted difficulty.
01:03:835 - You can map this as 1/8s.
01:32:635 - ^

But please fix the black background on: go.png ; name.png ; nowsmart.png ; ready-crop.png
The package i gave you is the img was fixed: p/4150235
The SB seems to be is copy and paste, but its not an unrankable issues so can rank (for my personal opnitons)
Next time, use some code to repeat the effects insteal, i will tell you about it when we both have free time
And yes, the map seems soon be reranked again, i hope its no more problems and playable
