For additional perspective, as a musician in a large ensemble it is recommended that you try to focus on listening to a different "part" (collection of instruments) on every play-through of a piece to build a better understanding of the music and how you fit into it. For a quality piece of music you could listen to the same recording of it dozens of times and still hear new things. Since your perception of the music can change on a day to day basis and is dependent both on how trained your ear is and the audio equipment you are using there isn't enough consistency to provide any objectivity without being heavily restrictive.

After seeing the issues brought up and revising the diff myself I came to the conclusion that some things could still be improved, seeing the map got dq'q for the time being.
These are merely aspects that I care about, rather than totally objective things (and I may have pointed them out, but trying once more might bring a change, who knows...)

00:13:549 (2,3,4,5) - regarding these, I still believe that keeping 00:13:549 (2,3) - as they are while changing 00:13:924 (4,5) - into a slower slider would fit way better. I proposed this before and it's the same thing, but let me explain why I suggest this:
1. first, if you add a whistle on both of 00:13:549 (2,3) - you make this part really consistent with 00:04:924 (2,3) - (aka, you gain structure)
2. second, if you turn 00:13:924 (4,5) - convert these into a slider you switch to a more important instrument in the song (aka, you gain song expression)
3. third, you virtually gain also variety while keeping a constant concept for the map (which is a good thing, obviously)
As far as I could understand, the reasoning for this pattern was purely for consistency iirc.

I'm honestly a bit displeased with this diff now that I look back at it :/
It feels a bit too unstructured at times (patterns just tell me "I didn't think much of these patterns, they are just there" and some rhythms could have been expressed better too (like the point above ^)

After asking for testplays on my lower diffs I noticed how new players tend to rarely change direction on patterns where a slider is right after a circle, equally distanced from head and tail.
It basically means that right now players will first go for the repeat instead of the head because 00:50:299 (1,2) - is pointing to the right.
If you attempt something like this you can make sure they won't misread it at all
01:50:299 (1) - this might be similar, although it might not be THAT misleading yet...

I already fixed the spacing once before, not sure if you noticed. the current spacing is small enough imo(maybe it's still big in your mind, but it's actually much smaller than average spacing of objects around it). on the other hand, the song suddenly become quiet at 01:14:299 - , it's consistently intense before this time, I don't see why I need to reduce the spacing before 01:14:299 - (even I already did it a bit, but for more I would say no)

According to VGMdb this song is composed by Fumihisa Tanaka (田中文久, Tanaka Fumihisa) alone, so other 3 member should be removed from tag / setting the original composer as artist name and putting company name in tags. Not so sure about the correctness of the meta cuz I don't have the original BD set either.

didn't fix 01:50:299 (1) - since beginners will treat 01:48:986 (2,3,1) - as a triangular pattern instead of hitting the slider end, the flow 01:48:986 (2,3) - and then 01:50:299 (1)'s end is just weird lol

Well... VGMdb is not really official and even if it was I don't see any harm in keeping those tags there. They are just a way to easily search for the song (although I doubt there are many knowing who actually made the song and searches for it LOL) but ye...

Changes look good to me, above all Litte's diff (I've been a bit harsh I guess, sorry about that)
