00:03:832 (1) - Seems a bit awkward when you passed the star patterns with a higher distance, and that distance goes down there. I'd add more distance to this from the previous circle. Nah, not change here.
00:08:892 (2) - I'd reduce the distance from that to the previous circle, because I don't think it would fit with the beats it landed in the music. You can try moving this to x:293 y:103 so it could make a blanket with (3). okay.
00:22:627 (3) - Try switching the distance. By that I mean that (2,3) will have a distance of 3.09x, and (3,4) will get 4.01x. The "strong" beat stands on 00:23:350 -, so a little jump would go there. okay fixed!
00:37:808 (4) - Rotate this to the right to add distance to the next slider? It will distinguish that the next one has a higher slider velocity.

00:52:266 (1,1) - I would reduce the distance from these circles, because they are unexpected and cause confusion (well for me). Nc'ed already
01:02:206 (4,1) - Seems it gets too hard, since it's going too fast. It does fit with the drum, but I think this kind of intensity would go with the difficulty. I was thinking of removing it. It's 1/6 for drums and basically just kick sliders, no change.

Others are fixed.

Consider adding timing points at 01:29:856 and 01:31:302 - with volume of 40% and 10% respectively for all diffs ? It would be better to have a softer spinner to accompany the fading out of music.

00:36:904 (20) - consider removing this note to give a 3/2 break ? In fact, 3/4 notes are quite hard for Kantan.
00:49:194 (40) - same as ^ , a 3/2 break could work better since there are long 1/1 patterns in this part.

all the 10% volume lines that have objects that need a click action should be raised atleast to 30%, I'm not getting enought feedback atm
Widescreen support isn't consistent

00:59:495 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,1,2,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - - probably this isn't a nice idea, there aren't noticeables 1/6 hits in the music, so basically keep your 1/2 rhythm, what I'mKwan did is nice tho.
