Just go to your skin folder, and change the soundfiles that are highlighted.
seeya.wav and
welcome.wav
You have to be supporter to change em tho.
But since you are thats not a problem.
If you don't have a skin yet you can get one in the skinning topic that you like.

While this would be pretty cool enough for me to give a +1, all you need to do is make a new welcome.mp3 and seeya.mp3 with a female voice and add it to your current skin. See Soda's v1.5 skin for an example.
I want that loli voice :O The male voice creeps me out i always jump away from my laptop if i hear it >.<
