Hika's commitment to the fan club was not enough and as such she has been barred entry. No amount of rehabilitation can allow you to apply again.

Nanao has perished in the rehabilitation camp. Investigation into the matter is underway, but the detectives assure us that the accident had nothing to do with the fan club.
my rib recipe actually takes quite some time to prepare, should I make it? it's handed down from generation to generation through my czech bloodline that now resides in texas so I guess it didn't start until we arrived in texas but it is still p good despite not being authentic czech barbecue.
