Just some opinions on possible options etc.
From what I can tell, making this map rankable while keeping the intent would be to change the map so that parts with accentuated trills played by the piano need to be changed to simple kdkdkdkdk, kkkkkkkd, dddddddk patterns or other simple-to-hit streams that non-top10 players will have less trouble with, which seems to be what the QAT wants.
More complicated stuff like 01:25:491 (39,40,41,42,43,44,45,46,47,48,49,50) - being limited to

First DQ was because I was using too many triplet patterns and it was not following the song enough, and then you tell me to change 1/6s to triplets again because it is supposedly too hard?

We are not in osu! where you take out your "I graveyard this because my freedom is taken away"-card, Sayaka. The border for this has passed by using that single 1/6 pattern which has been explained above why it can't and won't be ranked in it's current state. And the emphasition lies in single, since this one change doesn't take your freedom away, neither does it kill your map. And I should not start with the difficulty spike discussion about this very pattern and how often you got warned by the QATs themself, yet, ignored it.
Maybe you need some time and fresh air to think about this. But at the end the decision is yours, of course.

also yeah Ozzy I didn't applied your stuff since I don't want this to be too simple, Ono said that the only real problem was the 1/6 before the kiai, so I changed it
yeah no my bad completely, i read his stuff about "There are other solutions" as if they meant that that stream was only one of the things they wanted changed, but they meant that you could change that particular stream other ways than as he mentioned
