Your video have too big filesize for a TV Size map, bad quality at some parts, and it have sound on, which is unrankable under current rules. Please ask someone expeirenced (like blissfulyoshi) to re-encode it.
soft-hitclap2.wav and normal-hitnormal2.wav have some delay (see here and here). This needs to be fixed - you can ask someone like Andrea/Lach to fix that
Title is incorrect: Proper capitalization would be Fear, and Loathing in Las Vegas - Let Me Hear, and there is no need to add (TV Size) here (verified with Lanturn already)
Yuki's diff have different combo-colours, any reasons for that?
Remove person who gave you video from tags, you don't have to add him/her to tags just because of that.

i feel like have nothing to say about your comments, they are all untrue.
firstly i am sure the file size is not a problem here, 14m is normal for tv size beatmaps.
bad quality->are you joking? (just keep in mind that osu! does not have good multi-thread support so some old PC (especially AMD PCs) might experience decoding issue)
have sound on->are you joking? just check it by your self again.(keep in mind that media players might auto-load the audio file with a same name)
ask someone experienced->I AM

Diff gap between [Easy] and [Guu's Normal] is objectively unrankable as objects of Normal is over the double that of Easy.Moreover,Normal obtains lots of 1/2 patterns while Easy includes many long sliders.

I do not know if it is intention, your logic on hitsounding the first part is irregular.I guess you intent to hitsound all 1/1 time sections by adding whistle, right? Some of them do not added whitle however,for instances:

Explain why you do not hitsound them.
00:09:496 (2,3) - It makes no sense to the song by making such a huge jump while you are used to use such smaller spacing to place sliders and especially song here is still calm.
Try to make it like that?:

Could reduce jump distance like 01:13:409 (2,3,4) - to reduce the star rating. Best is around 3.39 imo to the real diffculty, this hard diff is really easy in a hard level and the gap to both insane and normal diffs' fine in playing as well.
