Unqualified. Please consider the following issues:

[General]

  1. Why are soft-hitclap.wav, soft-hitclap2.wav and soft-hitclap3.wav the exact same sound?
  2. Concerns arose that this needs a (TV-size) label. Someone please provide the evidence for this. We were not able to fully confirm this, yet we find it with (TV-size) on various sources.
  3. The timing is doubtful. The offset is heavily shifting and got this confirmed by several timers. We will figure out a proper timing when we head for opening this case again.

  1. 00:42:823 (6) - You know, you silenced slidersides and sliderends. This is one of the examples where it doesn't work as you wish it to work. The vocals are fading off WAAAY earlier, yet you extend this and even silence the end to cover up that the object is actually not fitting to anything you mapped, not even to a fade-off of vocals.
  2. 00:43:588 (3) - this counts even more here.

Please re-read the ranking criteria, which states:

Even tho this is a guideline, you have no apparent reason to overmap it in this way, since it does not even enhance the gameplay experience in any kind. Maybe take a look on Kibbleru's Insane again, since THIS plays really good and is not overmapped and yet an Insane. It's disappointing that the worst difficulty is the one of the mapset creator.

Even more saddening is that someone like wcx tries to rank this. This is a speedrank that is beyond unneeded, especially because the mapset is beyond undone and unfinished. Mods were ignored or brushed off (p/3449344), even tho that this really needs heavy fixing before this can even go for ranked. This is blatant abuse. The mapper clearly was asking every random person for a mod (I got around 15 complaints about this), which is also noticeable when you see the people who actually modded it. No offense to the modders, but this kind of difficulties need also a very advanced opinion, but basically no one who modded this, including the bubbler and ranker, can provide such an opinion. The mods weren't gathered for the good intention to get the map polished but just to farm them off in the meaning of "Let's ask people who will not suggest too much, so I can keep my crappy mapped mapset as it is and get it ranked quickly". This is similiar to a different case and I am not going to tolerate this at all.
Consider this as unqualified for a while. Contact me again in around 6 weeks. Then we can talk about a requalification.
