I wrecked my X/Z keys, so I switched to numpad 1 and 2
Think there is a thread about this already I don't remeber where tho.

Ctrl and R. It keeps me honest about mashing.
c/v almost always. z/x have o-rings which I use when I want to play quietly.
I personally still use z/x because c/v seems kind of a little too far to the middle of the keyboard for me...
Also I don't like to get keys too close to the middle or top of the keyboard because my wrist has to bend at some wierd angle.
