First make a folder with the name of the skin your map is using. And then delete the skin
elements in the song folder, because The filesize of the mapset exceeds 10MB without video:

I know that is personal preference, but it is better to map on tinier grid. It helps you to map better, especially when using distance snap.
I dont know is the offset right, but it might be off. I think it should be 7 467.
Work more on distance snap maybe, there might be some issues on distance snap.

General: offset if wroing. When i try time it i get 5624.

Ugggggggghhhhhhh. I moded Kenterz's Another and AIR's Hyper and accidentally close tab. Ok, these mods are not have critical things and diffs look good, except 00:08:437 (3) - 00:13:124 (1) - 00:14:999 (1) - 00:16:874 (3) - 00:22:499 (1) - in AIR's Hyper. Very long slider take many sounds, try replace it by two sliders, slider+circle etc...

But ByBy's diffs have a lot of problems with mapping and i don't have time to analyze this in detals. I will try to describe them in general:

1. Visual. This don't look like rankable map. Ugly unequal sliders like http://puu.sh/cJUGS/cba68e1bcc.jpg http://puu.sh/cJURi/5ee7fa3f02.jpg http://puu.sh/cJV87/1c471b26d6.jpg. Аlignment on the horizon and vertical like djpop's beatmaps http://puu.sh/cJVhB/6857f065b1.jpg http://puu.sh/cJVov/4ec0f79e1a.jpg. Not very nice lines http://puu.sh/cJVqA/95c60ed3f4.jpg. Overlays 01:39:342 (1,2,3,4) - in beginner, you abuse them and is hard to read for novice.
2. Rhytm. A lot of missed white tics http://puu.sh/cJVG5/b4b6c65435.jpg Discrepancy with music. Hyper: 00:13:561 (1,2) - What is the logic? This not "pshhh" is "tadada-tadada-tadada".
3. Hitsounds. Hyper: all no-kiai parts have same sound at all notes. Kiai parts have random hs. Standard: lot whistle sliders, this sounds terribly.

Unfortunately, your diffs don't look like "ready for ranking" and need a lot of edits or remap. You need the assistance of an experienced mapper. Good luck!

as tomhet65 said, offset is wrong. 5,624 looks fine and that means you have to move all timing points +32. (Use Ctrl+A in timing window)
I'm not expereicne in mapping, but, why did you made lots of spinners start from 1/4? I don't know if it's a general thing, but that doesn't fit the music.

[Beginner]
I heard from someone that this is not rankable, but someone said it's rankable. that is t/241019 . I don't know which is true, but, the time gap between the spinner and the next note, it feels too tight. Especially in 01:18:248 (1) - I would shorten the spinner length by 1 beat.

00:45:436 (1,2,3,4) - I know you are trying to start the slider with the voice, but considering the difficulty, that feels a bit strange. also following 2~4 are hard to predict the timing, even with knowing the music. so for Beginner, I suggest to change this to more simple pattern.

[Standard]
Some parts have "sudden-1/2-jump" and I think that doesn't fit to this diff. like these: 00:12:858 (4,1) - 00:48:483 (4,1) - especially while you have similar jumps with 1/1.

Hey, Mod4Mod as we agreed. Ignoring Standard as it is unfinished.

General
- Place all of your timing sections on downbeats, especially the Kiai timing points.
- Consider placing whistles on the downbeats (long white ticks) for extra emphasis on those beats. Right now, it sounds pretty bland.
- Make sure all of the hitsounds are consistent; I'm hearing finishes at one point, and then them not turning up when the rhythm is the same.
- Make sure you pay attention to the AIMod (Ctrl+Shift+A). There are quite a few things that you could fix by checking this on each difficulty without needing someone else to mod.
- Consider the use of custom combo colours.

01:50:612 - Consider moving this element further down a bit, so it doesn't get hidden behind the section pass tick during the break.

- 00:10:300 (1) - Remove new combo. Try and aim to set new combos on downbeats.
- 00:11:237 (2) - New combo as per above.
- 00:13:112 (1,2) - Unnecessary overlap.

They seem like they were made with random patterns in mind, rather than having something more simple. I would stick to using basic curves and obtuse angles if you use linear bending.

Same comment about the difficulty name. 'Insane' is suitable, but not 'Another'.

- 00:13:815 (4,5) - This jump is unecessary, the music doesn't suggest such a jump.
- 00:35:495 (6,1) - It's not really necessary to overlap this so much.
- 00:39:362 (1,2,3) - You can't tell that sliders 1 and 2 end on a blue tick in this formation, which makes this part incredibly difficulty to read. Please use distance snapping when using sliders that end on blue ticks. This seems commonplace in this difficulty too, so I'll only mention this once.
- 00:49:088 (2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9) - The music doesn't suggest that the spacing for this stream should increase. This sort of style should generally only be used when the tempo and volume changes; none of these occur here.
- 00:59:050 (3,1) - This is overlapping 1 too much.
- 01:06:550 (6) - Sudden slider velocity changes are not very good, especially since the music doesn't suggest it. That loop is also difficulty to read since it is very high up on the field and is so small that it looks similar to a circle. I would just use a regular slider here with no SV changes.
- 01:09:362 (1) - This is touching the health bar on my end. Lower it.
- 01:11:120 (6) - This is bad polarity.
- 01:38:425 (8,1) - This is overlapping a bit too much.
- 01:58:464 (2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14) - As before about increasing the stream spacing.
- 02:14:987 (4,5) - If you want a slider formation like this, then try and avoid having slider 4 overlap both the head and tail of 5.

Personally, I think this map needs quite a lot of work before it can be considered for ranking. I wish you the best of luck though, I did find the AIR's Hyper difficulty kind of fun to play.

- 00:39:362 (1,2,3) - You can't tell that sliders 1 and 2 end on a blue tick in this formation, which makes this part incredibly difficulty to read. Please use distance snapping when using sliders that end on blue ticks. This seems commonplace in this difficulty too, so I'll only mention this once.
- 00:49:088 (2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9) - The music doesn't suggest that the spacing for this stream should increase. This sort of style should generally only be used when the tempo and volume changes; none of these occur here.
- 00:59:050 (3,1) - This is overlapping 1 too much.

I think that gap e-n-h a big broken. On easy you use 0.9 vs, on normal 1.2, on hard 1.2. Just in result normal is become unnecessary too hard.
