I think I'm not the only ignorant around osu who wants this question to be answer, of how are the rules for the tournament?
I mean, are the competitors allowed to use skins? Use their own talbets or mouse, and keyboard, only tablet or only mouse?
Are all the computers with the same resolution and specifications, are there some default mouse, keyboard for all computers and what type are them?
Are the competitors allowed to use their own computers or laptops?
Are there some changes done with the visual settings that are unchangable ( like no video, no skin, ignore beatmaps skin/sound, no image, etc..)?

Players can play with whatever mouse, tablet, computer, skin, settings, clothes and haircut that they want.

Well I think your question was kinda stupid though. Just think about it yourself. Could you play to your max. performance if you don't use your own skin/pc/mouse/tablet/keyboard? I know and you are right, but you just cannot simply compare Osu!with other games like LoL, Dota2, SC etc. In Osu! you are just way too dependent on your own setup unless in other games. It just will not workRiince wrote:

I noticed the Group Stage VODs have been deleted, if the Twitch channel has not checked the option to save VODs permanently then I would do so.
yeah i wanted to watch the VODs today but couldn't find a link anywhere on the twitch channel or the wiki >.<

There is also one thing I noticed in the last OWC, preserving the matches' MP links. Last year's ones have been deleted long time ago and I don't want this to happen again. This one probably will need Peppy's assisstance T.T

All past broadcasts are locally stored and may be provided as soon as we found a viable solution for that.

Twitch no longer saves VoD's permanently. If you want to save it permanently, you have to make a highlight out of it. I think they keep past broadcasts for a max of two weeks now.pooptartsonas wrote:

Oh wow, they just keep getting stricter about that. Never mind then, having them uploaded somewhere else is probably better anyway.

The stream/tournament is disgusting overall. You can't tell whose the best of the best overall, which is what this tournament is about in the first place.
Gotta say huge props to Color for trying to commentate all this shit.

I haven't watched much today, but I will have to give credit to Peppy where it's due. As vocal as I have been about the negative side of things, I will say I did notice a significant decrease in the amount of fake combo breaks last week. There were a few, but not nearly as much as before. Kudos.
