For the hitsounding, I would recommend trying to use the Normal Finish more often on parts where there is cymbal, like 00:06:077 - 00:07:277 - and so on. Also, consider trying to use the clap for the beats in the drum like 00:06:420 (7) - , 00:07:106 (3) - like it is intended, as these will give solid and consistent feedback to the player.
These are just my opinions on how to improve the map to better fit the song, it's up to you what to apply. If you have any questions or if anything is confusing for you, don't be afraid to ask me ingame, and I'll do my best to explain.

Now it is just what I thought , imo the hitsound is a bit inconsistent but it not inconsistent all the way just one part feels a bit not sound right which I will state it with detai l, I guess

00:17:049 - to 00:26:992 - on every 2nd and 4th white tick , I can hear something sound like a snare so maybe you can add a clap there or whistle ( if you think it not a snare sound lol ) or you can just use another set of hitsound here because I don't think the current set of hitsounds fit for this part
I'm not sure about the usage of finish but I guess you can add it a bit more , just place it where you think it has a cymbal impact on it

Last thing is your Hard diff here looks like Insane- or Hard+ diff especially for 1/4 and some jumps, i dont blame the diff but the huge spread looks so huge for Normal to Hard (for me), it would be better if you can make Easier Hard diff (star diff around 2,8-2,9) and then rename Hard diff to Insane diff and make it a little bit harder again
