Ok, the timing of the entire map is fine.
So I guess I'll just get more mods for Avishay's diff since Milan's diff and my diffs are fine.

It's not such a big issue. I'll get this map up and running again.

Better get someone to edit the mp3 manually. Everything is out of sync imo (that's why things ends on 1/12 1/8 etc, which is unplayable).
Or get somone good at timming and get an unplayable 1000 red lines, like ticclick said i think
(not sure if pishifat still do it, you can ask him i guess lolol)

If this is still disqualified
After playing Avishay's sexy extra diff I noticed that I literally can't get HR accuracy on it if I play it without modifying the offset, let's test it nomod

That's with the regular offset

I'll edit this in like 10 minutes when I find a good local offset for me

-9ms local offset feels better

Pretty sure it's the offset

Also in the song's metadata, afaik vocaloid names shouldn't be used in the artist field so it should be just "supercell" and to have hatsune_miku on tags or something

none of the mp3s I found fixed your problem (tho someone else may be posting a fixed version shortly), but your bg was pretty gross (somewhat squished vertically, compression artifacts) so I got you a much cleaner image.

I could go over the map and snap everything correctly, but as Milan said it will be unplayable since everything will be irregular and out of sync, and if I have to snap objects correctly in my diff, Milan will probably have to do so too.

To sum it up, there are lots of sliders that don't properly align with the notes they are followed by, or they follow. It's not a big issue, but it makes some parts feel awkward to play, and by fixing them, yout maps can look a lot better.

To sum it up, there are lots of sliders that don't properly align with the notes they are followed by, or they follow. It's not a big issue, but it makes some parts feel awkward to play, and by fixing them, yout maps can look a lot better.

Let me throw in my 2 cents.

[A's Extra]

Most of objects (or all objects?) are 1ms off.
00:02:884 (1,2) - This rhythm sounds awkward to me because only the end of 00:03:067 (2) - is following the notable drum sound. In order to make consistent with other ones like 00:01:794 (3) - 00:02:521 (6) - , I'd suggest you rearranging the rhythm like the following image.

(It should be fine to turn (1) into a 1/4 slider + a note, but this one sounds nicer at least to me.)
00:12:521 (5) - The guitar gets toned down around at 00:12:520 - and up around at 00:12:702 - (It may be just me though..), so if I were you, I'd place 2 notes instead of this slider.
00:28:158 (6,7) - Similar bass drum sounds are following with the slider end and the note. That's probably why the rhythm here doesn't sound naturally imo. Try following them with 2 notes like this. It should be better than the current idea
00:29:067 (1) - I agree with Kibbleru's suggestion that the drum sound at 00:29:248 - should be followed with an object. Actually the drum line is followed at 00:32:340 (3,4,5,6) - ? In terms of the rhythm consistent, it would be better to place a 1/2 slider here. (This is probably just me. I don't know why, but that way 00:29:067 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - would sound better..)
00:46:339 (7,8) - For the similar reason to 00:28:158 (6,7) - , the rhythm swap should work well here. (I mean it would be better to follow bass drum sounds with notes.)

In terms of the rhythm consistent, it would be better to place a 1/2 slider here. (This is probably just me. I don't know why, but that way 00:29:067 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - would sound better..) I placed 2 circles instead of a slider, a slider feels awkward because there's a blank beat before then and the slider is not presenting any beat with big impact, so I reworked this pattern too with the help of your explanation.
00:46:339 (7,8) - For the similar reason to 00:28:158 (6,7) - , the rhythm swap should work well here. (I mean it would be better to follow bass drum sounds with notes.) Reworked pattern.

00:03:520 (5,6) - it plays not that great because of stack what you did with 00:03:248 (4) - .Try to put it to X: 487 Y: 263, it'll make flow more enjoyable and give more emphazise to the next beat
00:04:157 (2) - i really don't like how you put it like that, due to these "bell" sounds i excepted something more jump-ish, what about something like this :

at first, please, make a volume lower because sometimes i can't hear a song due to hitsounds, -10% for everything will work a bit better I think the volume level is just fine, also you can change it within the game easily with ALT+Arrows/MouseWheel

like what

it's not duplicated so it really just doesn't matter if it's snapped properly or not because it does what it's supposed to do even without that

Maybe, since it doesn't affect gameplay, but it would still have to be fixed for it to be rankable, so it's not something you can ignore. (AiBat also mentions the unsnapped green lines)
