I'll use Cooledit to refix all the note ....
It will be submitted about 2 days later

The bpm is good - 164. The offset, though, is a little off. I find that 17,940 seems to fit much better (right when the tempo picks up). Does it sound right to you?

When you update the offset, don't forget to use the Snap to new timing option.

A couple opinions with the style:

The point in the song where you choose to speed up the sliders: It doesn't feel right. It was quite sudden while I was playing through, though once I got used to it it was fine. Perhaps redesign your beats to a slower slider set, or maybe speed them up in a smaller increment until you hit the faster part with the driving bass, then keep the faster slider speed.

The huge break later in the song will get dreadfully boring every time you have to play. Fill it in. There's plenty of music to work with there.

The Kiai sections feel a little long, musically. Perhaps stop them when the chorus hits the "bouken tachi" (01:42 or so for the first example). Maybe also save the Kiai for the very last chorus or the last two. Seeing it so early and then twice more seems a bit excessive.

Thank you very much, I'll fix it as soon as possible.

It's looking better.

Here are some things I noticed thus far:

[Normal]

00:42:452 Bring the 6 slider up a couple grid points to keep it in line with the rest of the combo.
00:45:287 Check your spacing here. They're all at different intervals.
00:57:818 Spacing again.
01:01:019 Those accelerated sliders still catch me off guard. Maybe set your spacing much higher for the slower part so the player is at least used to moving the cursor a little faster. With how slow you have the player go up to that point the speed increase is very sudden.
01:03:671 [3, 4, 5] Spacing. Some combos you have the circles touching, some you don't, and they have the same rhythm/timing. With your snap distance spacing modifier, it looks like those will stay touching. Keep it consistent.
01:05:135 [8, 9] Spacing.
01:06:232 Maybe move this slider a bit to the right to go for a smoother curve. Optional thing, here.
01:06:232 [1, 2, 3, 4] Spacing.
01:09:159 You may be better off stacking the hits that occur immediately after sliders, otherwise, spacing.
01:17:939 [1, 2, 3] Spacing.
01:22:330 The slider [4] here should end where the next slider [5] begins. Either continue the next hit with another slider that will end where [6] begins, or include a single beat inbetween. The two sliders in a row and finishing with a single beat would feel more natural with the music, though.
01:24:525 [1, 2, 3, 4, 5] These look a little jumbled. Try lining them up with each other.
01:32:391 Try to keep the beats entirely within the grid. It's hit or miss with off-grid hits depending on who's modding, but to be safe, I'd keep them within the edge.
01:37:879 [4] Spacing
01:39:159 [1, 2, 3, 4, 5] The same jumbling again. Line them up.
01:44:281 [2] Maybe have this slider curve down and then up to show the direction the cursor will be going next.
01:49:952 [5] Spacing
02:07:330 Move this slider down a grid point to line it up with the rest of the line.
02:08:793 I noticed with this set of sliders you kept the start point in a straight line while your first set back at 00:43:915 are staggered. Maybe keep them consistent: either in line or staggered.
02:10:988 Spacing.
02:19:037 Line slider up with the rest of the combo.
02:21:232 Whether you choose to stagger or line them up, this slider is one too high to line up with the other three.
02:23:793 Inconsistent spacing compared to the same rhythm at 02:13:204 and right after it at 02:24:342. Maybe also stack 02:24:342.
02:25:988 [1, 2, 3] Spacing
02:27:818 [1, 2] Spacing.
02:31:110 [1, 2] Again, maybe line up with the rest of the curve? More of a style thing here.
02:34:037 [1, 2] Spacing
02:39:525 New combo.
02:37:650 [1] The hit here should be moved to 02:37:696
02:37:696 [1, 2, 3] Spacing - try to line these up into a more geometric shape. It looks sloppy in its current configuration.
02:49:403 [1, 2, 3, 4, 5] More jumbling. Line them up.
02:52:330 [1, 2, 3, 4, 5] ^
03:01:110 Spacing. Also, keep this slider and the next hit in the same combo.
03:02:208 [1,2] Spacing.
03:04:037 [1, 2, 3] Spacing. Looks bad with half of the circle covered by slider too.
03:08:244 [1] Spacing.
03:11:354 This spinner should end at 03:12:269.
03:14:830 [5] New combo.
03:15:379 [7] Spacing.
03:18:488 This spinner should end at 03:19:403.

[Hard]

There is a lot of stuff from the previous difficulty that is just copy/pasted here. You may want to redesign a lot of this. I'll check out the stuff you added, though.

03:28:000 Every single note here is slightly off the beat. Move them back 1/8 of a beat (this entire song minus the really fast notes can be done on the 1/4 snap. Try to keep it on that unless you have the really fast notes like in the guitar solo) to line up with the short white and red lines.
03:30:927 [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6] Either stack these, or make them all not stacked. The spacing is unintuitive. Same goes to the next combo.
03:43:183 [5, 6] Spacing. Also, a warning with 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5's spacing is that it's inconsistent with the rest of the song. I know that it's a special part of the song, but try to keep it consistent. When the spacing changes at 03:46:110 for 6 and 7, it's a little odd.
The stuff in between 03:53:793 and 03:58:732 has the same issues as pointed out in normal's difficulty.
03:59:647 Move the end of this slider to 04:00:013.
04:00:927 [3, 4, 5, 6] Spacing. Touching or not.
04:04:037 End this spinner at 04:05:135. Try to give at least one full beat of rest to realign the mouse pointer.
04:05:500 The slider's end point makes this hard to figure out which way to start the slide. Make the end point one or two grid points off from the beginning point to avoid confusion.
04:10:074 Move this slider to 04:09:891, and put the end point at either 04:11:994 or 04:12:086 depending on which feels better for you. I like 994 better since it lines up with the vocals, but 086 works as well.

Also, don't forget to put some hit sounds in here as well. They help spice up a map quite a bit.

Thank you for written so much for me.

For this point I want to insert a SB to solve it....

Pardon me,somewhere you said "spaceing" has been fixed by distance snap as you see. After the BPM increase, the distance between two notes has increase, too. And somewhere you said "jumbled" in my opinion,it's energetic for such a energetic song.

Thx again.

I'm not quite sure which ones you are referring to. My spacing notions were referring to nearby beats that were spaced differently and didn't feel too intuitive, I believe.

And somewhere you said "jumbled" in my opinion,it's energetic for such a energetic song.
I was just getting into a really detailed mode at that point, haha (I guess 'nazi' is the term used here), so it was more of lining the hits up since it felt like it was a more measured rise in the song into the more powerful section.

Also, another thing I noticed: The point in which you start the Kiai, start it right on the beat with the percussion strike at 84,159 ms (01:24:159) in the Timing and Control Points dialogue box. You'll get the streamers shooting right on the beat and it'll look great.

Forgot to throw my star in too. =D
