Thanks for the concern, but that's not necessary, there already had been alot ranked beatmaps, without a 3 star+ diff.
That rule would force players to overmap alot of songs

I talked ingame with Baum and it's time to Rank this Mapset \:D/

So heres my Mod!

My Mod will Focus on Snapping and Pitch. Maybe some Handbalance :3

But First:Check AIMod!

First let me notice this: 00:11:520 (11520|0,11960|0,12401|0) - , 00:12:841 (12841|3,13282|3,13722|3) - (and the following)
The LN Jack is here not Good. Like 00:11:520 (11520|0,11960|0) - . It's not the same Sound. Especially in this low Star Diff.
00:11:960 (11960|0,12401|0) - This is okay! It's the same sound and it's in 1/1 Mapped, i recommend very strong you change this.
My Suggestion:
00:11:960 (11960|0,12401|0) - to Col 2.
00:13:282 (13282|3,13722|3) - to Col 3.
00:14:603 (14603|1,15044|1) - to Col 1.
00:15:925 (15925|2,16366|2) - to Col 4. It's great for the Pitch and the Mini-Jacks that really really not good for this low StarDiff are gone \:D/

00:18:568 (18568|3,19009|3) - Move to Col 2. Again for the Jack.
00:33:243 (33243|2) - This LN should begin here 00:33:132 - and ends 00:33:573 - . I Think you try'ed to catch the "wooosh" Sound. This would fit.
00:39:289 (39289|0) - This LN is too long. Should end here: 00:40:833 -
00:46:789 (46789|3,46899|2) - Move booth one col to the Left. For Pitch because 00:46:568 (46568|3,46789|3) - this two are not the same Sound and should not be mapped as Jack.
If you accept my last Suggestion this should be changed too: 00:47:120 (47120|1,47340|1) - Move to Col 1. By the way. This Jack is okay! It's the same sound and fit great to the Music.
00:49:767 (49767|3) - This one looks wrong snapped. The Sound (i think it's the stair sound you try'ed to catch) starts a little bit later. Please check this.

01:01:698 (61698|0,62175|3,62653|0,63011|2,63130|1) - these all are wrong snapped! Here is a really big snapping mistake! From 01:01:460 - to 01:03:385 - You should use 1/3 Beat Snap Divider! in 1/3 it should be right. Please fix this. This is Unrankable because all this notes have no sound.

01:12:204 (72204|3) - This LN should end 01:13:754 - . Its the same like 00:39:289 (39289|0) -

01:14:750 (74750|2) - Move this to col 2 and 01:15:082 (75082|1,75304|2) - Ctrl+H. It's great for Pitch.

Why hello there Baum & Puxtu!

As promised here are my mods for all the difficulties. This one focuses mostly on handbalancing and playability, since I've been told the patterns shouldn't be altered too much.

- puxtu's NM -

- 00:05:466 (5466|2,6125|0,6784|3,7444|1,8784|3,9455|1,10125|3,10795|2) - these notes could be rearranged so that they follow the pitch of the instrument. (This is how I would do it; http://puu.sh/huuWS/54756be11c.jpg)
- 00:32:195 (32195|0,32250|1,32305|2) - I think there is no need for a mini-stair there (since it's NM), I would suggest using a double note on 1 and 2 on beat 4.
- 00:39:399 (39399|2,39730|2) - I feel like these stairs during the LN might be too hard for some newer players, I would remove those.
- 00:48:552 (48552|0) - move 2 (not the same sound as the chord before)
- 00:49:822 (49822|3,49877|2,49932|1) - same as mentioned previously ^-^
- 00:53:847 - you could a LN starting here and ending here 00:54:289 - to map the drill-sound in the background. (same with the 3-stair again)
- 01:01:460 (61460|3,61460|0,61619|1,61778|2,61937|3,61937|0,62096|2,62255|1,62414|0,62414|3,62573|1,62732|2,62891|3,62891|0,63050|2,63209|1,63368|0,63368|3) - I think this pattern is kinda hard for new players D: I would suggest removing those 3 notes 01:01:937 (61937|0,62414|3,62891|0) - to make it a little bit easier without destroying the pattern.
- 01:16:521 (76521|2) - this note isn't mapping the sound its supposed to map, it comes to late. move it to 01:16:484 (76484|2) -
- 01:18:791 (78791|1,78846|2,78901|3) - would change those for a double-chord again ^-^
- 02:02:055 (122055|0) - hmmm, I know what you're trying to map with that LN, but I would keep the single notes there, for pattern consistency.

Ah yes, one more thing xD AiMoD says all of the following notes are not snapped;

- 01:23:915 - this should start around here; 01:23:860 -
- 01:55:429 - there is an other long tone starting here, you could map that with a LN on 1 that ends here 01:56:305 -
- 02:21:369 - you could add one there and here 02:22:191 - for lé cymbal
