It would also be nice to have the option to have no song play on start-up since my welcome.wav is pretty much overlapping with any song and it's also kind of loud whenever a song starts playing all of a sudden.
Or we could set how long until a song starts to play?

Stable is feature locked, so you won't see it in the current client if this does get implemented.
