Why is the stack leniency so low? There aren't any patterns that would justify using this so low, and 00:02:884 (1,2) - isn't stacking properly

[Extra]
01:21:305 (9) - This slowdown doesn't really fit the mapping or the pace of the song.

I also personally did an IRC modding session with SoGa earlier but I forgot what I talked about. :U
