[Archived] Skin previewer not displaying skins accurately?

Skins seem to display differently in the skin previewer than they do in regular use. The two examples I've seen are spinner-clear not displaying, and slider whistle sounds continue playing even after the slider is over. There may also be more that I haven't seen.

Recorded video. This is the default skin and works as intended outside the skin previewer.

0:23 - Spinner doesn't display "Clear".
0:39 - Slider sounds don't stop when they're supposed to. It doesn't seem to happen with every slider.

Some other problems I've seen include the section pass and fail sounds both being played at once, and some songs being played a beat off from their proper timing.
